Whaley Inc provides licensed vehicle escort, pickup, delivery, and transport services, including at restricted-access facilities requiring credentialed escort. Service availability, scheduling, and pricing are provided at the time of booking and may vary by location and job type.
When you submit a service request through our website or by phone, you agree to provide accurate contact and vehicle information. By opting in on our booking form, you consent to receive text messages and phone calls from us related to your booking, dispatch, and delivery status, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or HELP for assistance.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, and major credit/debit cards.
We ask that you notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee at our discretion.
Whaley Inc will take reasonable care in the handling and transport of your vehicle. However, to the extent permitted by law, Whaley Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, third-party facility restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
